Claiming Yourself is a way of creating fundamental change in your life. It is about the knowing that the success you experience (and indeed your experiences) are a combination of your physical skills (how good you are) and who you are being. For some people who they are matches what they want to succeed, they were borne world record holders, for others they have the skills that mean they could get there, but something is geting in their way. This is the power of who you are being - and to change how you experience your life you need to stop focusing on things and labels outside of yourself and instead start to look at who you are being. Who you are is not fixed in stone, it is something you can create by conscious choice and practice - just like you practice and hone your physical skill set. Creating Yourself is a daily practice, created by Verna van Schaik after she realised that what she was looking for was not going to be something she just read about, it was something she was going to have to 'do'. It combines modern coaching principles to create a simple process that allows you to focus on a simple "I am " Intention and start to practice creating that. In so doing, it creates a practice of individual Awareness and so consciousness.
